Service Description: The total amount of restoration required by the Phase II municipal MS4 permit is 7,356.5 acres. As of the 2021 Progress Report, the total amount of restoration planned by counties and municipalities is 13,719.5 acres. The total amount of completed restoration is 6,586.2 acres. There are 27 of 35 permittees who have sufficient projects planned to achieve the restoration requirement and 7 permittees have completed projects to achieve the restoration requirement.
